De Poly CCX 500 biedt u de functies van Microsoft Teams en een dedicated Teams knop, terwijl u via het 5″ kleuren LCD touchscreen ook gewone telefoonnummers belt. Dit toestel draait op Android 9 en wordt geleverd zonder handset, in tegenstelling tot de gewone Poly CCX 500 met handset. De koppeling met Teams zorgt er onder andere voor dat inkomende oproepen direct binnenkomen via de Poly CCX 500. Het toestel is tevens geschikt voor Skype for Business.
Aansluitmogelijkheden voor headsets

De Poly CCX 500 is voorzien van 2 Gigabit LAN-aansluitingen met 802.3af Power over Ethernet ondersteuning. Via deze poorten sluit u de bureautelefoon aan op uw netwerk en kunt het toestel direct van PoE-voeding voorzien. De CCX 500 bevat ook een USB-poort type-A en een USB-poort type-C waarop u een WiFi-module in de vorm van een USB-dongle kunt aansluiten. Zowel de USB-poort als de RJ-9 poort zijn geschikt om een headset aan te koppelen, die u bijvoorbeeld kunt dragen als de omgeving echt te rumoerig is. U kunt er ook voor kiezen om een Bluetooth headset draadloos te koppelen met de Poly CCX 500.
